In June the Battleship launches the annual 2nd Saturday series, part of the statewide NC Department of Cultural Resources programming. During Battleship 101 visitors may enjoy talking to volunteers stationed throughout the ship ready to discuss daily shipboard life including gunnery, radar, sickbay, galley and engineering areas. The event presents a family friendly opportunity to
